HalloweenAndCostumes.com wants you to be a satisfied customer. We want you to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items. Please make sure your item(s) are not on the NEVER RETURNABLE list below. Shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

If you are needing the item in a different size or a whole new costume. Not a problem! Please go ahead and order the correct size or new costume and put the new order number on the return form. This ensures that you will have the costume you want for Halloween or when you need it! The hot costumes sell out fast! Once we receive your unused costume back a refund will be submitted to the credit card that you paid with.

  • If you use the Free Shipping option and you DO NOT place another order with us you will be charged a $7.00 restocking fee for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
  • If your item is received back to us AFTER October 21th you will be charged $7.00 restocking fee for the returned merchandise.
  • If you return 3 items or more back to us from an order you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%, 4 items that are returned is 20% restocking fee, 5 items is 25% restocking fee. Each item that is returned after is a 5% increase in the restocking fee.
  • MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN IS BACK TO US BY OCTOBER 31st.  If it is not IT WILL BE REFUSED and sent back to you

Please make sure your return merchandise is POST MARKED WITHIN 7 days after you receive it! DO NOT SEND YOUR COSTUME BACK TO US AFTER IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 7 DAYS. We will NOT accept it. It will be Returned to you at your expense. SALE items are NOT returnable or able to be exchanged. Once the return is received it will be processed and then refunded.

Simply click the link below to fill out the return form. Fill it out and include it with your returned merchandise. You MUST return this form with your return merchandise. Please remember if you ordered another costume to put the order number on the form!

If an item is damaged please notified us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. The same item in the same size will be shipped back to you. Please contact us so we within 48 hours at sales@halloweenandcostumes.com If you are needing the correct item as soon as possible you will have to repurchase the item. We will then send the correct item out to you with a prepaid return label. Once the returned item is received we will credit your account back in full for the purchase. If you ship the item back to us please make sure you include the form above and put on the form the amount that you paid for shipping. Thank you.

Please note the following item(s) are NEVER returnable or exchangeable:

  • All items that are on Sale, All items with "SALE " on the name or description
  • Stockings and Hosiery, Wigs, Makeup and False Eyelashes
  • Boy Shorts & Booty Shorts (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on items that cover the crotch.)
  • Swimwear (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on items that cover the crotch.)
  • Lingerie, Undergarments, Underwear, Corsets, Panties are also non-returnable due to Health Regulations
  • Special Order Items - including all Mascots

Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
  • Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.
  • Any items with signs of wear or damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging
  • Returned items showing wear and are not in resalable condition
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
  • Items with stains
  • Items with pet hair or dander on them
  • Any items with signs of wear or damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging
  • Any shoes or boots with markings on the merchandise or box (this includes using the shoes box as a shipping box. DO NOT USE THE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX!)
