MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN IS BACK TO US BY OCT 31st or it will be refused at the door. Halloweenandcostumes.com wants you to be a satisfied customer. We want you to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for credit. Simply fill out the form below and include it with your returned merchandise. If you are needing the item in a different size or a whole new costume please go ahead and order the correct size or new costume. Please make sure your return merchandise is POST MARKED WITHIN 7 days after you receive it! Once the return is received it will be processed and then refunded. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US IN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME IT WAS DELIVERED!! THE ITEM WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME ITEM THAT YOU ORDERED!!

Returns must meet ALL these requirements:
I have not worn or used my item & MY ITEM(s) WAS NOT ON SALE.
My item has no odors (smoke, perfume, etc.) or stains.
All original tags are still attached. (The cardboard picture insert for costumes bags and also shoe boxes serve as "tags" and are not damaged
I will postmark my returned item within 7 CALENDAR days of receiving it in the mail. DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM(S) BACK AFTER 7 DAYS!
If returning shoes, I will place the shoe box inside paper wrapping or another box. I will not write or put mailing labels directly on the shoe box.
