Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. You can also use the chart below. For US shipments: *USPS Priority shipping with tracking number is $8.95 and $2.00 for each additional item. *USPS Express shipping with tracking and insurance is $25.00 and $4.00 for each additional item.
For Canada: *USPS Priority shipping $15.00 and $4.00 for each additional item. *USPS Express shipping with a tracking number and insurance is $25.00 and $5.00 each additional item.
For All Other Countries: *USPS Priority shipping is $18.00 and $4.00 for each additional item. *USPS Express shipping with tracking number and insurance is $30.00 and $6.00 for each additional item.
Q: Do you offer returns? A: No returns on the items purchased on the site. If you receive an item that is defective please inform us within 3 days of receipt. Make sure the RA# that is given you once you contact us is on the out side of the package so it will be accepted.
Q: How long will it take to recive my order? A: All items are shipped most times within 72 hours. If an item is on backorder we will notify you of this. Halloween orders sometimes take longer than 72 hours to be shipped.
