view the size charts for the costumes?
A: We have made this easy for you. They are on EVERY
product page. The size charts that goes with each costume
from the manufacture is on every product page! No more pop-up windows!

Q: How can
I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. Log
into your account. This page lists all your orders. Click
the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Why do I have to sign
up for an Account?
A. We will keep you up to date with the status of your
order this way. This is how we will be able to email you tracking
information. It is also how we are able to keep up with your
exchanges if you have happen to have any. We don't sell or give
your information out. We all have email address and phone numbers and
we all HATE the spam and the telemarketers. We WOULD NOT do that to
you!

We ship WORLDWIDE!!!
Q: How long will it take to
ship my order?
A:
In most cases items are shipped within 24 business hours. Some are shipped the
same day. If you have a Military address or your order is being
shipped out of the USA there may be a delay in your order being shipped.
The delay may be from 1 to 4 days. This delay has been added to the
shipping time frames listed on checkout page and below.

This typically takes 7 to 9
business days. If you are needing an item faster we have different
choices for you. Free shipping is not offered to Military, PO Box,Alaska & Hawaii addresses.

takes 3 to 6 Business days. Flat rate of $7.99 no matter how
many items you order. Standard Shipping is Not offered to Alaska & Hawaii addresses.

Express Shipping takes
2 to 3 Business days. Flat rate of $14.99 no matter how many items you order.

Shipping takes
1 to 2 Business days. Flat rate of $35.99 no matter how many items you order.

- Please Note: Just

select express does not mean that your order will be shipped that
day. The shipping time that you have paid for is just that. The
time it takes to arrive to you once the item is shipped. Please make

This includes your insurance. This takes 12 - 20 Business Days to
Canada (Not Guaranteed).

THIS IS FOR BATHING SUITS ONLY! If you have a costume with a
bathing suit you can NOT use this shipping! This is a flat rate of $7.99
no matter how many BATHING SUITS you have. This includes your insurance. This takes 8 to 20 business days. Packages do get held up in customs. We
can not control customs.

Q: Will I
have to pay Duties & Taxes if live outside of the USA?
A.
Yes you may. Some countries charge this when a package comes
into the country. You will have to check with your
countries customs office. HalloweenAndCostumes.com will
not be responsible for any duties and or taxes you will incur (if
any) for receiving the package. We prepay all shipping fees in
advance so any fee that is imposed on you is a duty or tax that your
country applies on the shipment. Most taxes and duties equal 15-25%
of the purchase price. You will have to check with your
countries customs office for the rate.
Q: What
if I refuse my package or put the wrong shipping address on my
order?
A.
If you
decide to refuse any shipments or the package is undeliverable as addressed, you
are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or
customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return
shipments, and the cost of returning the package to HalloweenAndCostumes.com.
You will also be charged a 35% restocking fee. This amount
will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We enter in your shipping
information electronically so there will be no address mistakes on our end,
please make sure you check your information before submitting your order.
Q: Will I get an Email
with a Tracking Number When My Order is Shipped?
A.
YES! If you don't get one please let us know and we will send you
another!
Q: I paid for Express
shipping and it didn't arrive in 1 to 2 days. Why is this?
A.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Many go
out the same day. We do sometimes have delays. When you choose Express shipping you are paying for the way that it is
shipped and the service that it is shipped with. When you pay for
Express shipping this doesn't have anything to do with the amount of
time it may take us to process the order. When the order goes out it will be shipped Express like you
have indicated on your order form. If you are needing the item for a
certain date, please contact us and let us know so we are able to work
with you and get you your order on time!
Return Policy:
HalloweenAndCostumes.com
wants you to be a satisfied customer. We want you to feel safe
knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return
your items. NO BLACKOUT DATES! Please make sure your item(s) are not on the NEVER
RETURNABLE list below. Shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable. We do charge a restocking fee. See below for details. We
only do returns. If you are needing the item in a different size or a
whole new costume please go ahead and order the correct size.
Please make sure your return merchandise is POST MARKED WITHIN 7 Calendar days
after you receive
it! DO NOT SEND YOUR COSTUME BACK TO US AFTER IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN
7 DAYS. We will NOT accept it. It will be Returned to you at your
expense. SALE items are NOT returnable or able to be exchanged.
Once the return is received it will be processed and then refunded.

Then, fill it out and include it with your returned
merchandise. You MUST return this form with you return merchandise!

PLEASE
NOTE: We generally process returns
within a week of receiving the product back. During the Halloween season this
process may take up to 4 weeks. It may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to show
up on your credit card statement.
*If an item is
damaged please notified me within 48 hours of receipt of the item. The
item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. The same
item in the same size will be shipped back to you.
Please contact us so we are able to give you an RA#.

accepted back with out an RA#. The shipment will be refused. If you
are needing the correct item in as soon as possible you will have to repurchase
the item. We will then send the correct item out to you with a prepaid
return label. Once the other item is received we will credit your account
back in full for the purchase. If you ship the item back to us please make
sure you include the form above and put on the form the amount that you paid for
shipping. Thank you.
Please note the following item are
NEVER returnable:
- All items that are on Sale, All
items with "SALE " on the name or description
- Stockings and Hosiery, Wigs, Makeup
and False Eyelashes sections
- Boy Shorts & Booty Shorts (Please
note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we
are unable to issue refunds on items that cover the crotch.)
- Swimwear (Please note, due to
federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to
issue refunds on items that cover the crotch.)
- Lingerie, Undergarments, Underwear,
Corsets, Panties are also non-returnable due to Health Regulations
- Special Order Items - including all
Mascots
Items
will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
- Items are not received on time
because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.
- Any items with signs of wear or
damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging
- Returned items showing wear and are
not resalable condition
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke
or perfume
- Items with stains
- Any items with signs of wear or
damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging
- Any shoes or boots with markings on
the merchandise or box (this includes using the shoes box as a shipping box.
DO NOT USE THE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX!)
Returning shoes: All shoes
that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new
condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area. Please make
sure your return order is post marked to come back to us 7 days after you have
received it. All shoes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Do
not use the shoe box as a shipping box! We will not refund you order!
Returning Costumes: All
costume that are returned must be unmarked, unworn and in new condition.
They must include the original packaging and in resalable condition!
Please make sure your order is post marked 7 days after you have received it.
All items returned other than shoes will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All costumes received back to us October 19th - 23rd will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a costume comes with stockings DO NOT try the stockings on your order costume
WILL NOT be returnable!
Items will be subject to a 35%
restocking fee:
- Refused Packages
- Undeliverable Packages
- Returns of bulk orders
- Missing, damaged or taped shoe boxes
(includes using the shoe box as the shipping box)
